Snowflake 0 #51 August 16, 2001 I drink beer for the most part, and I mean real beer(not that piss that most large American breweries puts out) Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is one of my Favs. I love good Cognac with a Cigar (at least an XO, well I do settle for VS sometimes), Merlot for a romantic evening (I'm beginig to forget what that is), and for those wild nights when the party is truly rolling I like Porfidio Tequila for body shots Yeah babyJG

gman 0 #54 August 16, 2001 If I want to relax a bit, it's usually beer. If I want to be heavily "medicated" it's Gin Martinis or Scotch.-G.L.-

Slowfaller 0 #56 August 16, 2001 1. Jagermeister. ( " You only brought one bottle?!? " )2. Jim Beam/Jack Daniels. ( After my shot of Jager. )3. Rolling Rock and latley Killians Irish Red.4. Screwdrivers!!! ( " Get lotsa orange juice, it's Screwdriver night!!! " )I'd have to say thats what I drink the most. At one point in my life I was downing a liter of Jim every 4 nights. Right around graduation time. Usually beer though. I've been digging Rolling Rock but Budweiser and Icehouse are usually bought so I drink whats in front of meCHris
jfields 0 #57 August 16, 2001 Hmm.. I have a liquor cabinet full of weird stuff that I seldom drink. When I drink hard liquor, it is many of the items mentioned by other people, plus things like Cinnamon Stoli, Contreu (sp), Sambuca, Ouzo, Hornitos...For regular drinking, I won't touch anything "Lite" or crappy. I can't tell you how many times I've been in a restaurant and asked what beer they have, only to hear a huge list then ask for "just some water, thanks." Guinness is good, hearty stuff, as is Murphy's. I also like IPA's, hard cider, and beers with some flavor. It has been too long, but I also brew my own.My DZ is usually a Corona & lime kind of place, which is okay after a really hot day if I didn't bring anything different with me.JustinFounder, Whuffo Conversion Team

And my own homebrew. I make a dry-hopped pale ale that smells like hop blossoms when you're drinking it! MMMMMMM!Lotta people at my DZ drink crappy lite beer. Last time I tried lite beer I said "damn, they need to run this through the horse one more time!"I don't drink any beer that's actually lighter going in than coming out. Lite beer is for people who don't really like beer, they just like to pee a lot."I'd rather have a bottle-in-front-o'meThan a frontal lobotomy!"Speed Racer"Come up to my lab,And see what's on the slab!" FallinWoman 1 #65 August 16, 2001 I happen to have a taste for Bud light. My father installed a tap in our house when I was six. He had to put a stool in front of it so I could reach the handle and get a beer for him. Of course, I had to suck the suds if I didn't pull a good beer. I have been drinking Bud light for 23 years now. SCARY!!I prefer beer that you don't have to chew.Blue skies,Anne
Stacy 0 #66 August 16, 2001 If I'm forced to drink beer, or beer like substances that is- I prefer Bass or Newcastle. Chimay is my absolute favorite (A belgian brew). Liquor though... that just seems to cause trouble. Margaritas.... Sex on the Beach.... and of course the Cross Keys Signature Beverage- Joe D's Blue Balls. I smell trouble this weekend already...Stacyhttp://astro.temple.edu/~sweeks

mikefarmer 0 #74 August 16, 2001 Now, I'm just a dumb Okie. And I'm noe exactly in the highest tax bracket, but I do like to drink. I happen to like a lot of the premium scotches and great microbrews that you wonderful bretheren speak of, but I am definitely not too good for a case of Bud, a Liter of Beam or Absolut (even Skyy), and a cheap bottle of Sake. Burned out on the Tequila years ago. Just my $.02. (Which is all I'd have left if I yupp'ed out w/impressive drinks everytime I wanted to tear it up!)MikeMike's Sky World
