I think that he did get a rather large order for those rigs, from the Middle East I believe, but they were built under a sub-contract by Altico. That 2nd photo is not a data panel IMO; it appears to be only some type of warning panel, etc. I have an old Reflex here and the attached photo is of the data panel & the warning panel on it.
