Southern California Jumpers...

Recommended Posts

So... who jumps in Southern California?
I jump at Perris... anybody make it out there? How about Elsinore? I've been wondering what its like over there. Others?
Well, blue weekend skies to all!
Cheer... Dave
p.s. Don't forget, Mother's Day is Sunday... last year on Mother's Day I did my fourth AFF jump (on video) and chopped a line-over for my first (beer) reserve ride... that video made for some interesting Mother's Day dinner conversation!

There's a lot of El Sonorans here at dz.com... I haven't been to Pear-ass this year but will be there on June 9th and 10th for some CReW and night jumps. Hopefully I can get my NIGHT 4 stack and/or a daytime CCS

I jump in Southern California, and haven't been to Elsinore yet either. I think it's about time to find out who those guys are over there. Just as soon as I put a canopy in my container. Which is just as soon as I get a car. Which is just after I land a job. (Recent college grad who spent all his time in florida jumping instead of buying things like a car).

I spend time at Elsinore when I'm in SoCal on business. People tell me the people aren't as accommodating to newcomers at Perris, but I don't know for sure.
I have to make the two-hour trek from Thousand Oaks, though. There is supposedly a closer place, but I don't know much about it. I usually just grab a hotel in Sun City for the weekend, and "move" to TO for the week.
Works for me!
Carl
