freaksister 0 #1 May 4, 2001 While I watch the clouds spill fat raindrops on my lawn, I watch the weather channel and wonder whether the weather will improve enough for jumping this weekend...While I wish it would, I doubt it will...where can I go at the last minute for good skydiving? I need help, as I need to make more jumps from that wonderous blue filled with white fluffy clouds....Can you count the W's in that paragraph? (OK SO I AM BORED! Get over it.) I need to jump, it has been raining for two fucking days!! I need a super-low airline special to Florida or Arizona this weekend!!Sis"What we're all really seeking is something where we can feel the rapture of being alive."J.Campbell

Dutchboy 0 #3 May 4, 2001 If you're desperate I think Delta had a weekend sale to Atanta from Texas for about $128 leaving tomorrow and returning Monday. We're looking for temperatures near 90 and partly cloudy both days, with night jumps tomorrow night even.
Pammi 0 #4 May 4, 2001 Ah you suck! Same deal here...couldn't offer her better weather in Oklahoma either. *sigh* Rain all friggin weekend. I'm gonna cross my fingers and at least hope for Sunday to be better...they always screw up their predictions, so maybe it'll be for the better this time! Ah shut up, I can dream can't I?!?!"The question is not whether we will die, but how we will live." http://trak.to/skydivechick

Krishan 0 #6 May 5, 2001 That would be awesome if you came out here. I'm probably not going to be out on Sunday, but i'll be there on Satruday. You oughtta come out for the Caravan Boogie on the 18th, 19th & 20th. It is going to be so much fun.
freaksister 0 #7 May 5, 2001 Ahh, thanks for the news Krishan, I would love to jump a turbine with you guys, but I am going to be in Georgia for a CASA boogie May 18-20!! hehe Too bad I won't see you Sunday...but depending on what time I get there Saturday, I will probably drop by the DZ to see if people are hanging out tomorrow night or afternoon. The winds are forecasted to be pretty high tomorrow, so you may not be jumping! I will keep my fingers crossed for ya though!Sis"What we're all really seeking is something where we can feel the rapture of being alive."J.Campbell
