skydiverek 63 #1 February 26, 2015 Is there anything wrong with modern Javelin for freeflying? I can see very few freeflyers jumping Javelins, and I heard from some that there is a reason for this. Does it move too much, or what?

Does it move too much, or what? couple of friends just came 7th in worlds with Javs. I suspect more to do with fashion, seems you need a tiny micron to freefly ;)Experienced jumper - someone who has made mistakes more often than I have and lived. dqpacker 7 #4 February 26, 2015 Nope nothing wrong. Main reasons are from older javelins around the time freeflying got popular and other rig companies spreading rumors while trying to sell their rigs. Some of the best freeflyers in the world fly Javelins.
