virgigirlie 0 #1 March 6, 2015 I need help choosing a full-face helmet. I bought a medium G3, which fit mostly great, but made me feel as if I were being choked when I looked down. I exchanged it for a large, which is too big. I can tighten it all the way and still pull it off my head pretty easily. Plus, at least when they're new, the visors require nearly super human strength to open. (Or I'm super weak, which, I suppose, is a possibility.) So I'm here looking for recommendations. Good field of vision, durable, other important things. I'd like my mouth to be visible to other jumpers. I'm currently considering a Phantom X. -Wildchild- 0 #2 March 6, 2015 Hi there ! I had a similar experience with my G3 - the fit was good, but when I tightened it, it was very uncomfortable and gave me the impression of being choked. I then just adjusted the tightening system (you can adjust how long the cord is) - and now it's simply perfect.
Blis 1 #3 March 6, 2015 I like my aero, fits better than any g3's I've tried... Also I really like the fact I can adjust the fit with shims
GAjumper84 0 #4 March 10, 2015 I second the Aero as a great close face helmet. Great field of vision, comfortable, and they are not everywhere like the G3 is.
