A Vizzo II battery question

My battery is getting weak on my Vizzo II and I was wondering how many CR-2325 batteries are in it? Are they common batteries? Can I get them anywhere? Does it kill all of my memory? And does it need to be reset with a paperclip of some sort? I can't find my owners manual. Thanks

There are 2. You can buy them at the local store at zhills. No reset necessary and it doesn't wipe the memory. They're ~$10 for both.
