fizyk 0 #1 June 12, 2015 Hey, my rigger must make me a new d-bag for my TD Classic. But I don't have the old d-bag and I don't know any dimensions. Could anyone measure his d-bag and paste numbers here? The container fits canopies 190 and smaller, so it should be a container for range 170-190. I guess Superfly has very similar dimensions. Thanks.
piisfish 140 #2 June 12, 2015 if he (or you) has the container, you can take the measures from there scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM
fizyk 0 #3 June 12, 2015 Sure I can, I got 31 x 18 x 11 cm3, but cross-check with the original design would be a great thing ;)
riggerrob 643 #4 June 13, 2015 Did you read the Teardrop manual? Did you ask Thomas Sports Equipment? Did you lay the new d-bag in the main container?
fizyk 0 #5 June 13, 2015 Yes, I read the TD manual, but no words about sizes of the d-bag inside. Should I look for something else? No, I did not contact TSE for this particular issue, I've found it a bit weird to ask company producing some part for the details in order to ask my rigger to copy it. No, I don't have yet a new d-bag, my rigger is going to produce it, but I need to know the sizes. I measured the main container dimensions and it serves as good starting point. JerryBaumchen 1,367 #6 June 13, 2015 H fizyk, QuoteI got 31 x 18 x 11 cm3 I would add 10 mm to each of those dimensions. It is far easier to put a slightly oversize d-bag into a container than to put a canopy in a slightly undersized d-bag. Jerry Baumchen
