While I haven't confirmed this yet through the Navy's public affairs (and I'm working on it), if John Kerry really did make those comments about Adm Borda, and there is a problem with any of his medal citations...he just lost himself the Presidency. Judicial Watch has apparently filed a complaint through the Navy's IG, which compels them to investigate (per Navy regs, for all those naysayers who say now the Navy is trying to influence an election.)
