JerryBaumchen 1,367 #1 April 22, 2016 Hi folks, Back in 1989 I was the second person to receive FAA approval to re-certify SAC canopies. I have kept the approved procedure to myself because is/was my work. And I did not want someone merely copying it for their use. However, I doubt that any of us will be having anymore to do with the SAC canopies. So I am willing to share this procedure. It is not that the procedure could be used, it is so some of you might learn 'a procedure' of how to submit this type of stuff to the FAA for approval. Let's consider it an educational opportunity.
