Are you better off?

Recommended Posts

Oh yeah...and personally, I'm way WAY WAY better off than I was. It's great for me personally. But it's primarily becuase our firm specializes in funds that people flock to when the economy is in the toilet. So, we're doing great at the expense of everyone else. ;)

No- not what I meant - just that the dems seem to prosper from the misfortune of others.

Think - welfare - they are supported by it's recipients, and take Kerry and edwards for instance - they profit from the torts that are played because there was someone that got hurt or disgruntled.
I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama

I can think of a company once led by our vice president which profited enormously from the destruction of the Iraqi's infrastructure. I also remember a lot of glee from republicans when they discovered the Lewinsky scandal. Both sides profit from misfortune, especially misfortune of the other side.
