There's no need, in my opinion, to be politically correct. If it were nothing but asthetics then who would care, but you're right when you say that obesity is right up there with smoking in terms of morbidity and mortality. It's bad enough when adults let themselves get fat, but sometimes I think it should be considered abuse for parents to allow their children to be fat. It creates a whole lifetime of problems for people when they become obese in childhood. What are we doing about it? I think that we are doing some things in this country to improve awareness of the health problems associated with obesity. Thik about it, if there was a different president during sept 11th, any president, any good man, do you think they would have gone to capture saddam when a guy in a complete different country killed thousands of your country men and women? There was some people who decleared war and bush goes and fight an enemy from 10 years ago? Your country needs to be careful with future decisions because i belive that the world has had enough and will soon turn on america in a big way. This may not seem like a big deal to you guys, that will be because you think you are in power, If america carries on the way they are i belive that the the tide will change. I mean come on how easy would it be to put a bomb in a school football match with 80,000 people in the stands? I am sure that if someone has just bought down to sky scrapers that someone else is in your country waiting to complete part 2. Your country needs to make wise decision.... a wise decision is not to piss the rest of the world off. Anyway, another wise decision would be not to eat so much fast food. This is my last rant as i feel i am starting to say things that are not very nice. I have travelled around the world many times over the last 8 years and really like americans but you guiys need to sort out your government.
