" names on the list are already in the news here and there, but for different reasons. the only thing they have in common is that they are subjects of interest, now that cold war is over. small (or china VS rumsfeld)unstable countries that might create situations which in turn will have negative effect on global economy. A possible reason why this restriction exists was suggested by lawrocket and Kennedy, namely that the CIA and NSA wish to monitor communications in those countries. Apart from the more obvious terrorism links, I think gravityizsexy is interested to know what other criteria (if any) may have been applied to arrive at this list. -No 'mericans were harmed during the making of this post.
