Fast 0 #1 January 31, 2005 I have no idea if this has been posted before in here... I wasn't quite sure how to search for it but.. I like this forum for the pure fact that so many people are at eachothers throats about issues. There are all kinds of anti-SC posts in either this forum or the bonfire... I guess that people don't see what the arguments demonstrate. I like that it shows people are able to think for themselves and have an opinion that doesn't just mimic everyone else. People are willing to take a stand on what they think is right (Regardless of the truth in the matter) Some arguments are full of faulty logic. Some arguments have one side or even both making shit up to support what they think, rough quoting, playing semantics games, whatever... I think its good. It shows people aren't ready to roll over and just accept the way everyone else is telling them to think. Taking bets on what this thread gets turned into... Guns, politics, or both? I can spell... sure I can...~D Where troubles melt like lemon drops Away above the chimney tops That's where you'll find me. ahegeman 0 #9 January 31, 2005 Hey bucko - shape up and make with the vitriol. I'm a total ignoramous when it comes to skydiving, so I can't say anything in any of the other forums. SC is the only place where I can get away with acting like a pompous know-it-all SOB. I will NOT have my domain polluted with this happy joy-joy shiny-happy-people lovefest that I can already smell starting. --------------------------------------------------------------- There is a fine line between 'hobby' and 'mental illness'. --Dave Barry

ahegeman 0 #16 February 1, 2005 Shiny happy people are fine. In small doses. I get enough shiny happy people at work. I think I also called the Bonfire a 'lovey-dovey "you're so wonderful!" congratulatory circle-jerk' once.
