Guilty or innocent, jail or no jail his CD sales will go up.
I don't even want to comment on the term "monkey music"- that's beyond offensive.
QuoteI think you are wrong about this one. I think the DA probably went out of their way to prepare a strong case and will present a lot of evidence. There are multiple charges pending against him, and he'll be found guilty on at least some of them, if not all of them.

Would you pls let me know what DA means (DA analysis?) Or CD? Just don't know as I am an alien.
Thx a lot in advance.

edit: CD! Of course you mean "CDs", his sales will go up... Understood.

The more money you have, the longer you can stand that thing, the longer you're able to pay your pettifogging lawyers, and finally: You will win. Comme d'habitude: A question of money and the longest breath.
If MJ is guilty or not: He will leave the court room beeing a free man. Perhaps he will drop few million $$$, who cares?
There were others walking away just like that. Money rules.
Hey! Stop bad-mouthing our courts! I'm proud to live in a country where we have the finest justice money can buy!

Only question is which is more guilty.
MJ who prbably can't help himself?
Or the parents who probably rubbed thier hands together thinking of the cash they might extort?

He gave alchohol to a minor. That can be proven and is illegal, but not a huge deal.
The DA must prove that the alchohol was given to the minor with intent. Unless someone testifies to their intent, it is almost impossible to prove.
He could be convicted of minor crimes, but not the important ones.
I wish that someone would arrest the parents.

Yeah... We heard that the house search turned up a pic of an almost nude child on the front of a pack of Pampers Diapers!!!

Also, The DA has obtained a 4 minute videotape in which Michael Jackson repeatedly admits: "I'm Bad!"

Evidence AND admission... What more could you want?

Mike.

In reply to this, does anyone know what happened to Gary Glitters record sales after his incarceration for possessing child porn, I know he was tried and sentanced over here (the UK), but no-one plays his music anywhere any more as its considered very bad form.
I can't imagine his record sales are exactly booming at the moment, although I'm not sure when he was in the papers whether they rose or not.

It was well known round here that on Gary's first night in the clink the whole prison sang "you wanna be in my cell, my cell, my cell, you wanna be in my cell, my celllll?"

but other than that, he seems to have totally disappeared, other than keeping on getting booted out of Cambodia.

Hell, with all the surgery he's had, I'm not sure he can be classified as human, much less black or white.
If I had kids, I wouldn't either, especially given the history of his conduct with children.
I'm not sure that he did buy anyone a car, but I think I heard that during the show about him a while back. I think got them a car, as well as helped them with medical expenses (I think the kid was sick).
I'm interested to see how the trial will turn out, as I don't think either side has a really good case. Honestly, I think it will eventually be dismissed only to be followed by a massive civil suit.
