Really? And you know this to be a fact.., How?

Unbiased common sense. Try it sometime.

Tell me Justin,
How many "white women" did this officer pull over for speeding that day?

Could have been 75, could have been 10. Neither of us knows, and it doesn't matter in this case.

Quote

How many did he 'Tayz"?

How many resisted arrest?

Is he a member of the Fraternal Order of Police?
The white cop organization with ties to freemasonry and Albert Pike?

That's so far-fetched that I'm not going to bother even thinking of a response.

Depends on who resists arrest to that point of needing it more often.

A clear case of white cop/black driver, in other words..,

A clear case of "I'm a victim because of my skin color despite the fact that I willingly and intentionally broke the law and resisted arrest and am looking for an excuse to get out of it"

Quote

Driving While Black!!!!!!

Nope. Speeding, driving with a broken tail light and windsheild, driving without a license and resisting arrest.

no; i've experienced both. the pepper spray lasted for hours even when i had treatment for the spray within seconds of being exposed. just trust me on this one mr. eagleonridoer.

i base it on a limited experience of the world i've traveled through and i base it on the fact that over the past 150 years most countries have tried to form a democracy that models america's.

Here is a fact that you seem to have overlooked, tcnelson, and I'm going to list it under "current events" ;
I take that back , I'll label it as past events, ;

America was not founded as a Democracy!!!!!
Thge founding fathers abhored the ideas of "Democracy".

Now our "oligarchy" claims to be exporting "democracy " at gunpoint which one would have to consider as an act of "Anarchy".

Yeah!
Makes you proud as shit to be American , don't it?

Oy.

Man, some of the stuff I've read that's come from you can be easily confused with a paranoid/paranoid schizophrenic's thought process. You know who I mean, those folks who seem normal until you start talking with them, and they caution you against the black helicopters and ramble about hegemony and HAARP and stuff.

Just, man, oy. Oy gevalt.

Darius, I understand your point about the Iranian issue, but I don't think it's as prevelent as you might think. I don't care, one way or another, and not one person I know actually cares, either.

Sinker, I've not got milk and cookies, but I've had to put my bowl of curry down more than once as I choked back laughter. You're right...

Yes, about 300,000. In 2002, there were about 800,000 officers in the US, I'm guessing that number has grown to around 1 million today. That means that there is about a 70% chance that this officer is not a member. What makes you believe he is a member?

Because I could site several examples where either pepper spray or tayser weapons when deployed by police officers ,resulted in death.

Johnny Knoxville did a few years ago. He said the pepper spray was the worst. I've come in contact with pepper spray once, and It's something I won't soon forget, it's horrible stuff.

Go for it. I'm sure you can find many instances where suspects resisting arrest injured or killed a police officer. It's a better alternative to brute physical force and a great alternative to shooting people. I have no sympathy for criminals, it seems you do.

You're welcome.

Did you hear the prosecutions' scientific witness when he was discussing radar ?
_____________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________

I have heard the testimony of "expert" witnesses in my own felony cases where the violation of speed and the use of a speed measuring instrument (RADAR) was used as a the tool to verify and confirm my visual estimation of the speed of a vehicle and based on that not only do I stand by what I posted but so do the judges, juries, prosecutors, and most important...the State of North Carolina and when my case goes to the federal level... the United States of America.
____________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________
Did you hear Mr. Zenister when he said;"1. unless he was VERY close he would be unable to determine that the vibration of her vehicle could possibly be causing his instrument to read incorrectly."
____________________________________________________________

No, but I did read it...
The only way a speaker will register a speed on a speed measuring instrument is if you were to point the antenna directly down onto the face of the speaker. It will not detect and/or register the VIBRATION it will detect the speed, however, of the movement the speaker makes in and out while operating. However, all speed measuring instruments will not display any speed of any target if any interference is detected. For example; the instrument is detecting the target vehicle moving towards it, and it then detects another wavelength at a different speed the instrument will "blank out".
Also, what you don't know, even if you think you do, the RADAR or any speed measuring device is a tool to verify the officers visual estimation.
Example; I see you. I visually estimate your speed at 65 MPH and your in a 45 MPH zone. I then hear the DOPPLER TONE emitting a tone of your vehicle traveling at a speed of 65 MPH. I then look at the display of your speed on the instrument itself and it shows 65 MPH. You get stopped for 65 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. "IF" I choose to give you a ticket it is based on my visual estimation of your speed which was verified by a speed measuring instrument.

If I am sitting on the side of the road doing paperwork and the Doppler Tone goes off and I look at the instruments display and see a speed of 65 MPH, but when I look up you are passing me and I can't get a visual estimation of your speed...I can't stop you.
____________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________

This statement from the prosecutions' own *expert* witness implies that vibrations from the vehicle *can* cause the "instruments to read incorrectly".
____________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________

I'll refer you to my prior post on my personal experience of "expert witnesses"

__________________________________________________________
Did the officer on the scene, the one making the arrest ,know of the limitations of the equipment?
____________________________________________________________

Yep he sure did. Every state in the US requires an officer to be certified in the use of speed measuring instruments before using them. Each state has different requirements in gaining the certification, but the minimum classroom hours I know of is 65 combined with a minimum of 40 hours of roadside practical exams and visual speed estimations.
____________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________
If not , shouldn't he have known? Why didn't he know of the equipments limitations?
___________________________________________________________

I just answered that.
___________________________________________________________
___________________________________________________________
Shouldn't a prudent law enforcement officer consider *all of the facts* before tossing around ACCUSATIONS and making Arrests of the law abiding citizens?
____________________________________________________________

First, explain how you feel she was a "law abiding citizen"
____________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________
Considetring the Prosecutions testimony, can you still say ,without a shadow of a doubt , that this nice BLACK woman was speeding?
____________________________________________________________

Nice? Are you shitting me?. Black?...Yes she was. If you don't mind refer me to a link, reference, federal case law...ect. that states if your black you are allowed to brake the law. Then explain your position on what happens when black officers do this to white people or even black people.
Not meant as a personal attack....but grow up.

anyway, as far as *real world* fatalities...one could make many *real world* people die by subjecting them to a stiff dose of adrenaline like, oh say, giving them a parachute and an instructor and forcing them to jump out of an airplane.

Beautiful example.

You just proved you don't have a clue what your talking (typing) about.

F.O.P. (Fraternal Order of Police) has more African American officers as members than any other police organization in the country and also is the only police organization supported by the F.O.B.C.P.(Fraternal Order of the Black Chiefs of Police).

Her not getting off the phone is yet another in the long list of violations of the law. It called "Delaying an officer within his/her duties. Falls under Resist, Delay, or Obstruct. (G.S. 14-223). This is a misdemeanor and arrestable offense.

He didn't use deadly force. He is not racist because he arrested a black woman, he did his job. I have no doubt that the officer is unbiased, it is pretty apparent that you are.
