Anyone know this rigger?

Anyone know a rigger in the Lincoln Ca. area with the seal of QL3 #xxxxxxxxxx name looks to be "Pete" can't make out last name. Or anyone know rigger 3532511 LPW can't make out name.

I have questions about a rig these two serviced and would like to contact them to ask about this rig. Nothing wrong with the rigging, folks, just want to check out a few things.
