Normal behavior for a stripper?

Are you still maintaining that spraying whipped cream on someone's butt is just like sodomizing them against their will?

I'm not answering for John.
My take on it was that the stripper partially denuded an unwitting (that's two Ts, not two Ls) participant.

Had his actions met with actual scorn and been offensive to the OP, she could have had him arrested for sexual battery.

That has nothing to do with the idea of convicting him, of course, but cops would arrest him, I'm pretty sure. "He called me to the stage but I had NO IDEA he was going to pull my fucking PANTS down! He went too far, totally without my consent to expose me and/or lick me."

Most likely. And most female tandem students could get their tandem master arrested if they chose to. ""He hooked me up, like he said he would, but I had NO IDEA he was going grind his fucking HIPS into my BUTT! He went too far, totally without my consent to simulate a sex act with me." But just because someone can get someone else arrested doesn't mean either of them have much of a leg to stand on.

Now, of course, if either person said "stop it" and they did it anyway, then they might have a case.

How so? Whether the person said, "Stop it" or not, the issue really is, "Can you prove it even happened?" That's really why there's a question of whether it would go much further than an arrest.

When a skydiver explains that he HAS to put his pelvis against the passenger's butt, that would probably cause the cop to not arrest the TM.

But again, that does not involve pulling off someone's clothes.

Geez, Bill, if I went up to a woman on a public bus, pulled up her skirt and buried my face in her crotch and started lickin', I'd be okay if I stopped when she said, "Stop it"??! :S

Dude, that is just SO much different than a woman being pulled onto the stage at a strip show... if you can't see that, then I don't even know how to begin to explain it to you...

But of course, if you touched me in such a manner on a public bus, I'd probably have my knee in your groin before you got anywhere close to pulling up my skirt. ;)

now JohnRich is going to accuse my mother of condoning such perverted behavior of her 22 year old daughter;)

Please do not put words in my mouth. There are enough people here already trying to do that. I'm capable of speaking for myself, and I don't want anyone else trying to do it for me, because they just screw it up.

Wow! Look at that at the end of that first quote?!?! What is that thing? It looks like a little face winking at me. Perhaps its is some ancient symbol used indicate temperment or further the meaning of the words. Maybe Aztec? Nah, that's not it. Damn, I have NO idea.

I wonder what it means?
Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.

I am appalled by your treatment of the OP because you cared more about making your point (if that's what you call it) than about how you were indirectly making her out to be something of a lower life form.

I thought you were going to give me the last word? I knew you couldn't do it. ;)

Okay, allow me to respond to this allegation. That's okay, isn't it? I hope you won't accuse me of wiggling, evading, avoiding, obfuscating, co-opting, twisting, or whatever, because I choose to respond to what I see as an incorrect and highly offensive characterization of my behavior and intentions in this thread.

First of all, not once did I ever say anything bad about rsmn17. My comments were directed at the behavior of the stripper, who used some trickery and coercion on her.

rsmn17 herself acknowledged that fact in message #40:
"Believe me if I had known what he was gonna do, I wouldn't have gone up there with him."
Thus, she seems to be in argreement with me that everything was not perfectly acceptable in the performance, even though she considered the transgression minor in nature. And I was simply defending her against the actions of this manipulative stripper. Thus, my intentions have been honorable all along.

In message #131 I responded specifically to rsmn17 in order to make sure that she understood that my position in the debate wasn't intended to criticize her.

I challenge you to find something in this thread that I have said to or about rsmn17 which called her anything equivalent to "a lower life form". Please dig it out and present it. Failure to produce said examples will be taken as proof that you are unable to substantiate your accusation, and that your charge against me is therefore false.

I do not take lightly, accusations that I am mistreating women.

Put up or shut up.

Read again what I wrote, John.

...INDIRECTLY MAKING HER OUT TO BE...

No. You never said anything to her, but you said an awful lot about the activity in which she took part and about the "sort of person" who takes part in such activities.

She took part in the activity, so that makes her the "sort of person" you referred to.

And do you think you could stop telling me what to do all the time? It really sounds like a control issue to me.

Thank you for the admission that I made no such comments directly to her.

Now, give me specific examples of where I "indirectly" implied rmsn17 was "a lower life form" for participating in the activity.

Put up or shut up.

Last warning. Stop it.

I'm not allowed to defend my honor against false accusations?

I think I've exercised remarkable restraint, in the face of nasty attacks from many quarters.

No evidence of my alleged personal attacks are forthcoming.

I'm done, billvon. Thank you.

No. There are no 'caveats' that allow you to attack people for a good reason. This thread has descended to thinly veiled personal attacks and threats between two people ("put up or shut up" "playing into your sophistry") - it's time to stop.

Postscript, to RhondaLea:

I am going to put this thread nastiness behind me and bury the hatchet. I want you to know that I will carry forward no ill feelings about you because of what has transpired here. This is just an online debate with flying electrons, and I recognize that the nastiness here probably bears no resemblance to the character of the real flesh-and-blood person. I'm sure you are quite a wonderful lady in real life, and I'd love to meet you sometime in my travels.

I hope that you will feel likewise.
