Amazon 7 #1 May 16, 2006 Well I did it.... I am taking my severance package and running. My team got re-orged( the euphamism used by middle management to justify their jobs every 18 months) out of existence and I had 3 job offers with other teams within the company. The only trouble is.....they would all have been lateral moves( read that higher level jobs but at the same old pay and level I am at currently). So.... time to relax a bit... polish up the resume and do a REAL job search in the REAL world.

We are waiting for the bird to be given the all clear from the Dr (it was out of annual) to take back to the skies. If everything goes well it should be flying soon. The otter is the one that we had at the Threshing bee boogie in 2004. It's not a Super otter, but for us it's still pretty super.
