beowulf 1 #8 June 27, 2006 Before Isreal that land was under British mandate since the end of WWI. The British did much more to help the minority Jews then they did for the Palestinians. Also they allowed Jews to immigrate to Palestine despite many protests by Palestinians. Of course the Jews like to say that it was always theirs. Even if they weren't the majority of the inhabitants. Israelis turned the third world land into a prosperous, educated community in less than 50 years.. But they had West's support you might say. Well where the fuck were Palestenian Arab neighbors for the last sevarl thousands of years? Who is making the better use of the land? Hmm...
