Q: How many Bush administration officials does it take to change a lightbulb?

Recommended Posts

A: None. There is nothing wrong with the light bulb; its
conditions are improving every day. Any reports of its lack of incandescence are a delusional spin from the liberal media. There is no shortage of filament. That light bulb has served honorably, and anything you say undermines the lighting effect. Why do you hate freedom?

probably a repost and I don't care!
if fun were easy it wouldn't be worth having, right?

You forgot to mention that pointing out the lack of light shows conclusively that you hate America.

The debt rising from 5.5trillion to 8.5 trillion is just a smoke screen from the liberal treasury.

The national budget being over 300 billion in the red as Bush took office to I believe 700 billion in the red one of Bush's years, now at around 300-400 billion in the red is yet another smoke screen from the very government Bush has control of.

More aresenic in the drinking water is another lie from the liberal EPA.

Cuts in all kinds of areas and redistribution of eductaion funds to Christian schools is yet another ambush from the liberal US government that Bush has control of.

2,500 dead US soldiers in a war that will yield nothing but record Haliburton profits is yet another lie.

Post 9/11. throwing 100's of millions at the airlines, yet not requiring they maintain their employees, then denying unemployment extensions was just a fabrication from the left. (As a sidenote, right before 9/11 Bush told employees from American and US Air that he would void their contract if they struck.)

Rewriting the 1938 Fair Labor Standards Act was an absolute lie as well. The Overtime Law, rejected for years by most Republican Senators, will cost working people money and require them to work OT for free or lose their job.

$3.00 per gallon gas is also just a myth, a delusion.

I think your lights are flickering.......

No doubt, a majority of Americans ( NOT Skydiving ones of course ) would happily vote in another member of the Bush family to take care of it ;)

Daddy Bush did great, now Jnr's had a go, who's next ?

Swartzneger or Hasselhoff ?:(

Why do you undermine freedom of expression?

We do not want you to say things you don't mean to and have it backfire in the long run.

The original statement was to infer that free speech undermines the country. I replied by asking why he would censor us. Now you tell me that if I speak my mind in an orderly constructive way that it might backfire. I bet you consider yourself a Constitutionalist too. The framers didn't care about the effects of any such dissent, they were afraid that not having the right to dissent would be hugely more damaging. I just can't understand your sentiments that speaking your mind might step on toes, so shush it up. That is so absolutley pro-censorship that it reeks of the kind of rule in Nazi Germany. Perhaps take a step back and read your own assertions.

BTW, how the hell do you know what I mean and what I don't? That is so uterly condescending that if I said that to anyone I know they would tell me to FO.

The original statement asked why we hate freedom. I asked why he adores censorship. Now you reply by saying you care for us and want us to be safe. What does that mean; if we speak up we won;t be safe? You're right, but the doer of evil if we speak outside the parameters established by the neo-con governement would be the US government, not some invisible enemy. Perhaps you can tell us who your oppressive government would be keeping us safe from. IF we speak out against the war, the enemy will grow stringer as a direct result of that?

1) It doesn't work that way
2) Even if it did, it wouldn't make us personally less safe, that is, unless there were US gov ifficials beating our door down, which is my point: we need protection from this oppressive government, not some foreign enemy.

The recurring theme I read from you and this post makes me think you are what you criticize. You blame the Dems for this, "Craddle to grave" coddling, when it is your assertions that reveal these sentiments.....say things you don't mean .........have it backfire in the long run..........because we care for you............we want you to be safe

I don't think you are in a position to keep me safe, but thanks for the complete condescention.
