Andy9o8 2 #3 July 28, 2006 Ok, you made me worry, so I did a snopes.com search. Turns out it's not photoshopped; although apparently he did take the lens cap off right after that. According to the site, looks like Bill mighta done the same thing a while back, too. The Clinton pic is clearly photoshopped. Snopes is not so sure about the Bush pic, but, as it says, even if genuine the lens caps weren't there for long.
