Seems to me that if there was a rocket launcher next to your home and you knew they will be bombed you would not hide your self and your kids there. Just an observation concerning the Israeli bombings

Maybe there are not a lot of places to hide?

Reminds me of The Python skit where they are demonstrating good techniques for hiding (and not getting blown up), but they keep getting blown up anyway.
