Will you STFU now?

Recommended Posts

That’s my questions I guess, Will you shut the fuck up now?

With news and more news that this war(the Israeli & Lebanon) was planned a year ago.

So all the people who said this war was started because of kidnapped soldiers will you STFU now?

Not to mention what side of the border the soldiers were at the time of their capture is a huge question.

The people who once again blamed the Muslims will you STFU now?

Or will you keep on searching and searching for reasons to make yourselves feel right?

It has become way to common for people to decide the result and then do a research to find the facts that match with the result they have already decided on. They ignore the facts that would prove them wrong.

I say the same to the people who supported the Iraq war no WMD? Will STFU now? No flowers and happy people greeting the troops? How about now? When will it be enough? How much more bad news and disappointments do you need to see before you will admit you were wrong? Will it ever happen?

What is it with Ignorance? Why is it some people just don’t get even when the facts hit them directly in the face they still don’t see it?

Has anyone who was supporting Israel and there right to start this war that destroyed a nation changed there mind now with news that this war was planned a year ago?

I am wondering is part of the ceasefire agreement that the soldiers get handed over? Nobody really seems to talk about them anymore....

And no one is talking about the nearly 40 Hamas cabinet members/government officials who were "arrested" in Gaza in a cross border incursion by Israel. I heard someone make that point yesterday and kinda went "hey....you're right". When Israel goes across the border they "arrest" people....of course they don't charge them with anything but that's a different matter. When Hizballah does it to a couple of soldiers it's called "kidnapping" and sufficient and justifiable impetus to destroy a country. Double standard?

Will anyone who supports the destruction and murder of all Jews now try to make peace in the region???

I think not... So stay tuned for the next round.. UNLESS people have a change in attitude and sit down and finally make peace....or maybe next time the dogs of war are loosed... we can all watch as MILLIONS of Jews... and or MILLIONS of Darius "brown people" will die because of their inability to live with reality.....and as the Muslims around Saladin... and the Clergy around the King of Jerusalem ( In Kingdom of Heaven) kept saying.....GOD WILLS IT.

Yea It seems people just accept that we hear lies people die because of these lies and no one is held accountable.

I don’t get it.

I wish they would follow the story to the end and show every part not just the parts they want.

You’re starting to sound like the right winged war supporters now that is a surprise.

Off course people need to sit and talk and compromise, but who is to blame for the hatred?

If Israel indeed just destroy a nation because it wanted to and not the reasons they original stated (wow where have I seen this before) do they really want peace? Is the hate towards the Israelis not a valid hate?

If a country invaded your country destroyed it and then after the destruction was done it was found that there reason was a false one how would you feel about them?

I'm not a military operations planner so I can't comment on whats going on in the area and their reasons for it. I think this is the position in every conflict and is why the annoying voice of the whiny people is nothing more than an inconvenince to the authorities. If they wanna fight, let them fight, they will regardless of public opinion, I just hope that civilian casualties are left to a minimum.

I also find it amusing when people 'demand' ceasefires. You can demand all you want but without the posibility of action it really is an empty threat.

They did NOT destroy Lebannon.... if they had wanted to.. I think they could have. They targeted their enemies command and control... their weapons storage and their fighters and your Heros... in Hezbollah. And since your heros like to hide within civilian populations.. a lot of innocents died but you will now celebrate them in the media as martyrs...no.. they are unfortunate pawns of cowards who hide behind them.

They targeted Hezbollah... your proxy killers trained in Iran... they found the bodies of Iranians there helping them.... and since Iran has avowed to destroy Israel I think they did a pretty good job of going after their ENEMIES who wish to kill them.

On the other hand.. Hezbollah is perfectly willing to kill ANY JEW...... which you as well seem to advocate as well..labeling it as JUSTICE.

Well nobody except for the news on the radio and TV this morning. They were discussing negotiations for a swap of 13 hezbollah guys for the 2 Israeli soldiers. So... that theory's deflated I guess.

Thanks for answering my question, hadn't heard that yet.

Not quite sure what theory you are talking about. I reread my post a half dozen times and I am sure there was no theory proposed in it....

in the same way that a war between cuba and the US has been planned for decades i bet. Or between Iran and Iraq. EVERY nation plans for wars. You'd be stupid not to.

And you think hezbollah hasn't been planned for this war for years too?

And if I was isreal, and I was watching my citizens get bombed, missled, and shot at by terrorists, I would plan for war too. Hezbollah's stated aim is to destroy isreal... you think isreal will sit there without making war plans? :S

Wow. I can't say that's spin. It's too misleading and inaccuate to be called spin. That's about the broadest whitewash of reality I've read anywhere.

Perhaps you should go there and be taken on the Hezbollah tours to the affected areas.. with that same poor woman trotted out in several places....

Oh no Hezbollah does NOT whitewash things.....they do not spin things...... Please drink more of the Hezbollah cool aid now...

Here is some real spin.. what is the death toll in Lebanon...???

Did the Israelis have a policy of tareting civilians???

How many of the CIVILIANS killed were not Hezbollah fighters????

What is the official toll of Iranians and Hezbollah fighters DEAD???
-------------------------------------------------------------
How many civilians were killed in Israel... in residential areas far from any form of military target???

Did Hezbollah specifically target civilians??

Thats right you do not give a shit about that part of the balance sheet.

... and you know this because you are a miltary intelligence analyst responible for assessing targets/threats and confirming hits for the Israeli army?

I really think people shouldn't comment on somthing they know little or nothing about. With the media pushing stories in favour of their own agenda and the use of propoganda I don't think someone from the outside can really comment accurately.

EDIT TO ASK:

Amazon, you seem pretty clued up or full of knowledge. Can I ask what your position is. Do you live or have relatives living in the affected areas?

BINGO

Follow the death toll..... not that Hezbollah will cop to how many of their fighters have perished... and since technically they always claim they are "civilians"

I don't think you want to go there. The number of innocent Lebanese dead outnumbers the number of innocent Israelis dead by about 10:1. Based purely on those numbers, the Israelis were by far the more deadly.

NO!!!

While I may believe that those folk here who don't agree with my views may be mistaken, or even outright wrong, I could NEVER demand that they Shut-The-Fuck-Up!>:(

If people are arbitrarily not heard, then in turn they don't listen. That is the extremists greatest weapon - ignorance.

So... I post. I get argued with. I argue back. Everybody LEARNS.

So never expect anyone to STFU. That is the totalitarian's, the extremist's, expectation!

Uh . . it's sort of obvious that both sides have been gearing up for this conflict for quite a while -- the kidnapped soldier incident is just the match that lit the fire.

My point was will they shut the fuck up bringing up excuses or will they admit the truth.

To everyone esle.
As for what Amazon said. I believe there has been enough posts showing how Israelis have used prisoners, which consisted of everyday people and used them as humane shield.

Open your eyes. Israel is not this democratic country who respects their neighbors. They are the reason for the hate there action is the reason they are hated.

Inoccent Lebanese and inoccent Isreali buy whos definition?

I think Amozon is more correct than wrong on the Hez use of "shields" and Iranians and that is tainting the civilian death toll.

Innocent definition? DEAD is DEAD and this failure to communicate will continue will continue after we're long gone.

We dropped the ball in our chance to be a world leader and stop the killing weeks ago. But our sec of state came up with the biggest pile of bull shit that resulted in more people getting killed.

After this last incident (war) whatever we've created a another generation of little kids that will grow up hateing and teach their kids (that haven't been born yet) the same.

Wonder what Jimmy Carter, or Powell would have done.

You all used up all the rockets, bombs and bullets we gave you in your effort in urban renewel and self defence. To bad we're don't have any more to to resupply you right now how about waiting a couple of yr's.

We'll see what happens in NOV.:|

and their hate is the reason the arabs hate them who because of this hate, hate the arabs. And we can all blame the other side for starting it.

neither side is innocent darius. But you make a lot of claims saying that isreal is 99% wrong and hezbollah is 99% right.

I'm not really sure how or even if I should respond. I could repost links of pics and reports on Israel's human rights atrocities and Geneva convention violations but I'm pretty sure you're not interested. Amazon has provided nothing but un-referenced pro-Israel/Anti Hizbollah rantings and you consider those passionate opinions as "pretty clued up or full of knowledge"?

You gotta ask yourself this question..

If there was peace in the region by some miracle.... would you rather live in Israel or in a Hezbollah controlled Lebanon??
Or in a Hamas run Palestine??

Who do you really think would allow you the human rights you expect ?
