Next President....

Recommended Posts

Isn't it exciting, either first female President. Would Old Bill be considered a First Man or would it be Mister and Mrs President. Or The first African American (half Kenyan Texan) President. Or an old war guy, Nam Vet.

Either way it should be an exciting race. Just been on the radio, who would you vote for and suprisingly Senator H R Clinton is getting quite a few neighs.

Check her website.

Personally I would back Obama. Would love to see a Black male as President Or Maybe Kerry. Not keen on Hilary I just feel it may cause more problems than its worth.

What do you think, Democracy is freedom of voice how would you excersise your choice by vote?

Democrat Certainly, not republican.

if these are my only choices, I may stab myself in the face with a not so sharp object like an MRE spoon or watch as my head explodes from the lack of poor leadership... (see attached pic... please, no comments on the chest hair either...):D
Some people refrain from beating a dead horse. Personally, I find a myriad of entertainment value when beating it until it becomes a horse-smoothie.

I'm wondering who Putin will anounce to be his replacement, as that gets revealed this year.

PLUS I wonder which way Britain will go, after two years of Gordon, He'll save every one of Us. Will he be praised for a good job and be re - elected or will there be a change to say David Cameron (DC). Maybe Lib dem you never know.

Another guy said after 8 years of george Bush, 8 of bill, 4 of George Jr, he thinks that it needs a change.

Going back and forth between two quite weird families.

Does it need a change.

I'd love to see a Libertarian get elected, but since most of the American public are roughly equivalent to a sheep with Down's syndrome in terms of individual thought and intellect, I'm not holding my breath.

While I'm open to Obama, I'd rather see Hillary back in the White House. McCain would certainly be a worthy opponent and I could live with it if he won.

Truth is, we've already hit rock bottom with the asshole we've got now, so anyone of the above would be a great improvement.

Is it more likely to be a white woman before a black man?

Have we ever had an African American Speaker of the House?

How many women in the senate - or the house?

How many Afican Americans in the senate - or the house?

How many Afican American women in the senate - or the house?

We elected GWB - I think with that kind of standard, it's going to be a loooooong time before we see such monumental cahnges. Having said that, I do have some faith in my fellow citizens.

Haven't you been watching Good Morning America?:P
They answered all those questions and had the Women of the Senate on!

I didn't get a good feeling that Hillary would run but the didn't realy push to hard on it either.

Hey, I'm a musician - I don't get up until 9:30am.:)

I did see the women of the senate last night on PBS, but honestly, I'm not sure of the actual numbers.

I find myself asking the most cynical questions when it comes to politics. It would seem new changes are always occurring, but the ways in which the system functions are desperately in need of an overhaul. Kind of like if you tried to run QuickBooks on an old Texas Instruments TI-99 computer - the government is operating on cassette tapes, but we need terrabyte drives and blue ray. Geek Speak.

If Hillary gets elected I will give serious consideration to renouncing my citizenship.

I don't know enough about the others to pass any sort of judgment though.

I think we would end up moving to honduras or mexico - her being elected would not make my beau very happy at all.

if poor leadership were that offensive one would expect you of already attempting to cut your wrists with said implement for the last 7 years...

what is your problem with McCain? Are you going to question his leadership experience?

My problem with McCain is that I'm afraid that all the torture at the hands of the NV affected his mind.
People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am

Or The first African American

Do you think the term African-Spaniard is used in Spain, or African-Canadian, or African-Whatever?

Ah yes.. the Manchurian Candidate attack that the Right Wing of his own party has been slandering him with for YEARS.

Honestly, I didn't know of such an attack. Just my own observations of his being kinda 'tweaked. I certainly don't think he's been brainwashed as in the Manchurian Candidate. I just think he's possibly been affected. I think that I would be.

I have softened my anti-Hillary stance in the last few years because she really is doing a good job in the Senate. However I think we need a totally fresh face. As someone else already said too much going back and forth between two families. 20 years of basically two different leaders is enough.
