DaVinci 0 #2 January 24, 2007 27.... Both houses can pass with 2/3rds and there is some part about a bunch of states can get amendments through a process. I wonder why. so are you implying that the maps of Canada are lying when they show it going well into the Arctic Circle? That nearly all of Canada is within a couple hundred miles of the US? BTW, the definition of southern, central, and northern California is fairly political. San Francisco residents are very keen on being in Northern California, in a separate state from LA and Socal, but most people north of us consider SF Central California and would prefer a NorCal state without SF, LA, or Sacramento.
