Even if they could, your key word was "chooses" professor and that is something that the Chinese government has made very adamant that they will not do. China has had plenty of chances to do so and has yet to exercise any of them. So again, What possesses you to entrust them to do the job because your thoughts are not facts? And if you could..... make it snappy on the response because the Daytona 500 starts in 20 mins. and I have a date with the HDTV.
