Hhhmmmmm

Better news coming regulary of late. Got to ignore it. Losing in Iraq has to be done to empower the Dem party, which has staked it future on that very loss. So much so, they have to try and insure a loss in Iraq.

While a victory may help the repubs and not do any favors for the dems in the polls, I find it hard to believe that the dems actually want us to lose. Seems like conspiracy theory material to me.

I see and understand your point. I guess I base my assumption (and that is all it is) on their actions. Thata all

Dems have scheduled an Iraqi retreat to begin September of 2008 if not before.

I don't think so. It's kinda bass-ackwards don't you think??? The whole reason you choose party X over party Y is because you believe it's best for the country. I don't think most people want things to go badly for the country just to have their (opposing) party win. It would defeat the purpose.

I understand but you have to admit that the Dems have hung themselves in a position that they may not survive.

Second, I dont see the Dems (and the same goes for politions in both parties and the media) caring about their country more than their own power cost be damed.

Personally, I dont care which side of the House is uncomfortable... they are all in it for what ever they can get... it's the folk in Iraq (both residents and our lads) who are living through hell and should be supported by everyone... Fuck the political point scoring, it's just meaningless vapour.
