The boy's father has a website set up explaining a lot of what went on... www.monsterpig.com Personally, I think a lot of controversy could have been avoided if a different picture had been circulated. The one that was taken with a wide angle lens and makes the hog look twice as big as it really is was a poor choice and most likely led people to think that if they used a "trick" photo then there must be something fishy going on. The seller of the hog came forward later and said that the buyer was un-able to 'contain' the hog and let the boy kill it with the pistol. That was where I got the idea that it was all a 'lie' and the father wasn't a very good example. (????)
