NCclimber 0 #128 June 8, 2007 She could have the dreaded "Herpes Simplex 10". Tell Victor that Ramon - -the fella he met about a week ago? - -tell him that Ramon went to the clinic today, and I found out that I have, um, herpes simplex 10, and I think Victor should go check himself out with his physician to make sure everything is fine before things start falling off on the man. You know that her defense attorney is in a world of hurt right now - he'll be taking the blame on this from the parents, which will be a reversal from the credit he got from them yesterday. Hopefully, this'll learn her. My wife is hotter than your wife.

Zipp0 1 #137 June 8, 2007 My guess is that lawyers al over CA would start using the Paris case as precedent to get their clients out of jail..... Anyway, we need to put an end to money trumping justice in America. This is one small step in that direction. -------------------------- Chuck Norris doesn't do push-ups, he pushes the Earth down. Nightingale 0 #138 June 8, 2007 Most of the people in Paris' situation would have already been out of jail, or never put there in the first place, so if anything, it's the prosecutors that will use the case as precedent.

Rubbish, I can't imaging anyone violating probation so frequently and flagrantly as she did and getting away with it. But hey why don't you try it and get back to us on how it works out for you. RBM 1 #147 June 9, 2007 Quote Quote It's a pattern of drinking, violating parole, and then trying to dodge any responsibility Sounds like an average weekend at the DZ if you ask me.Seriously.. DUI.. .08 barely over the legal Limit. Not shit faced.. Not Stupid Drunk. Realistically at her weight.. No more then 2 to 3 drinks MAX. I Guarantee you that at least 80% or more of the posters in this thread have driven with higher BAC quite often. Used to be officers discression between .08 and .10.I have blown a .08 after leaving a bar where I had exactly 2 Beers. That was back when it was still OD and I just got a nice long talking to fro the cop. I’m not rich and I walked without even a Ticket. Then she Drives without a License.. OK, Now she screwed up. Broke probation (NOT Parole.. HUGE difference). OK.. Minor offence. Most of us would have paid a fine for this same thing and that would have been the end of it. Maybe got a couple days in jail. Dodging responsibility?? Isn’t that what your early 20`s are really all about?Light your Torches, Grab your pitch forks!! The Witch must be burned!!People open your eyes and quit blindly believing what the Media tell you to believe. Don’t let them manipulate your emotions like this. Its crazy. beg to differ with ya.. but here in Illinois, in the county of Effingham, if you break a probation, in this county a first time offense of breaking any of those will land your ass in county for 30 days, Ive seen them reduced to 15 days, but 30 is the norm and im talking first time offenses..they don't fuck around here. they will let you serve your time on weekends, you have to report friday night and are there till monday morning, but you still go to jail!! EDIT TO ADD: its really up to the sentencing judge if you can do weekends only, Sorry if i gave the impression you can set your own time to serve, which is really up to the judge, but they usally will allow it so you can continue to work during the week
