Even mother Theresa broke the moral law sometime in her life. Even she is guilty before a just God. Where does that leave you and me?

Not really. God sent Jesus so that everyone might be bound to his life. Your only other option is death. He died to pay the fine for your lawlessness. You are deserving of punishment (like the rest of us) but He took the punishment upon Himself.

Not without repentance (dying to self; complete turning away from sin) and trust in Jesus Christ (alone) for your salvation. Not without proper understanding of just how bad your nature really is and the wickedness that you are capable of. Not without being honest, contrite, and apologetic towards God alone. Making up your own understanding of God (one who fits your purpose) is called idolatry (2nd Commandment). Being born again is evidenced by the fruits of the spirit. If you were ever really born again, you would be growing in holiness becoming more and more like Christ every day of your life. It is a life changing event that does not go away. It’s not like becoming frustrated and changing denominations or something like that.

Scripture says you have a wicked heart. Your conscience should bear witness to it also if you admit to yourself that you’ve ever lied, stolen, committed adultery (looked with lust), committed murder (anger without cause), coveted, etc. (broken God’s moral law).

Like me. 20 yrs, ago when my hair was long, still brown with blond and red highlights and I still wore a beard, I was in church. After the sermon a lady with a young boy came up to me and said "My son thinks you are Jesus Christ." I did look, at that time, like all the pictures of J.C. Bless you all.

why would you want to believe in a god that created man then gives him a choice. He picks a choice! 1000+ years later the world is populated with millions of humans. All raising families, having a good time enjoying life, and believing different things! But this god of yours doesn't like what he see's. So he puts a few of them on a boat and creates massive genocide on the rest of humanity by drowning them! The whole world’s population of dead bodies floating everywhere! All the innocent animals who don’t even understand the concept of god all suffering cruel deaths floating everywhere! And this is what you call a loving and just god and the dude you worship? Pretty sad concept to live by if you ask me!
