For example, when Jeffrey Dahmer was convicted in Wisconsin, I was disappointed to hear that WI had/has no death penalty. Thankfully a fellow inmate took care of him a few years later. Ditto for that Priest John Geoghan, who raped all those boys. Some people need to be put out of our misery, no matter the Dollar/Pound/Yen/Won/Peso/Euro cost.Illinois needs a CCW Law. NOW.
