I also don’t see why Muslims would be offended they had nothing to do with the murders.I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
Richards 0 #4 October 9, 2007 Hope this isn't true. Is there a source/link? My biggest handicap is that sometimes the hole in the front of my head operates a tad bit faster than the grey matter contained within.

Snopes Generally speaking, if you see anything in a re-forwarded email it's pretty freekin' easy to assume it's BS and pretty easy to prove it's BS just by checking it out on Snopes or by doing an exact search on Google of a few words from the body of the text. Please, whenever you get an email forwarded email like that, check it out, prove it's stupid and reply to your "friend". Try to make him look like a moron, uh, silly as much as possible so that maybe, just maybe, this non-sense will stop.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver

billvon 2,998 #10 October 9, 2007 [right winger mode] Why suppress one side of the debate? Why not present both sides of the issue and let students make up their minds for themselves? The research is certainly not settled; there's a lot of debate in some historical research circles over the exact details involved. Why push one sided propaganda instead of a fair and balanced presentation of the facts? We need a judge to step in and mandate that any "holocaust alarmism" material is preceded by a statement that this is a political position, not a fact-based one. kelpdiver 2 #13 October 9, 2007 QuoteWhy would the killing of millions of Jews offend Muslims It's is used as a justification for the need for Israel, and to defend their actions against their neighbors, so politically it would be a convenient fact to hide. Just look at how the Turks shut down discussion about the Armenians at the turn of the 20th Century.
