It's just like I don't really worry about people that would automatically vote for or against a candidate just because of their gender or race - that kind of ignorance tends to have equal numbers of idiots on both sides. I assume there are more thinking people in the world to really tip the scales.

Of course - in today's world, when the blind lemmings consist of 48% of one side of an argument and 48% on the other side of an argument and 4% with a WHOLE LOT OF LEVERAGE - it's important to do your homework.

And, you'll find that political rhetoric tends to pander to the 96%'ers instead of the 4%.

Your pessismn is depressing. I do not agree with or accept your numbers. You cant verify them anymore than I can debunk them however, my view of the world is much brighter than yours. People are smarter, less "blind" and more optomistic than your post seems to indicate you are.

More do thier homework than you think I believe. I believe you think the oposite because more people do not believe with you. And I would guess you bleive YOU are in the 4% that have the leverage. If I am correct in my assumptions you must think yourself smarter than the rest. Hmm

If so, then my apologies for the PA, it was intended for you, but not as a PA, but rather as an observation. If not (and I believe you do your homework and enjoy him for the entertainment factor - there is something to be said for sarcastic humor), then no PA intended.

2 - I think people are smarter than that too. I was exagerating to make a point. It's likely more like 40/40/5/5/10......

3 - I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. Though 'smarter' than the rest is pretty subjective. Are you asking for my IQ scores? That's not completely objective, but it's as good as there is in today's world. But I don't think it applies to politics from what I've seen of even very high IQ people, they have a spread of positions too - so no pattern there.

I misunderstood your points and my assumptions did to me what assumptions ussually do (in part) It made an "ass" of me. Thanks for the explination
