Gawain 0 #26 September 12, 2008 QuoteQuoteI don't care what you think about 9-11 or my country, this is incredibly trashy on the anniversary of 2,000+ American deaths. You're post is ridiculous and I sincerely hope you're just spouting off cause you had a bad morning. Do you really think it would've been better for our jets to scramble and shoot down 3 civilian airliners? That's a rhetorical question. Feel free not to answer, at least until tomorrow. More consorship from the right, the party of freedoms/liberty. I don't see any censorship involved here, and the First Amendment doesn't apply here anyway. So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light! Apparently quite a few people agree. http://in.reuters.com/article/worldNews/idINIndia-35417520080910 Right, we impeach a president for a BJ and subsequnt lie, ignore Bush's incompetence after taking off the entire month of August 2001. Seriously, Bush needed his rest all of August and we need ours on our ill-fated day.

Are you ashamed of your service? I don't understand why. Generations before us have ensured that the ones that followed them be held in much higher regard. Combat? No? No big deal. Where, when? Show some pride or does it mean that little to you? Step up!! Me? I'm with 1 Bn, 506th IN, 101st Airborne, US Army (2004-present). I know some jaded warriors that don't have as low opinion about the world or their country as you do.So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light! Of course you seem to be a neo-con, so privacy issues are deemed an obstacle. I served 1 term in 1 of teh 4 major branches, no big deal, not pretending to be a lifer. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Are you ashamed of your service? I don't understand why. No, just my country. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Generations before us have ensured that the ones that followed them be held in much higher regard. Which explains why the guy that you voted for twice refused to bring forward his military service record - DD214 - and other records until cornered, then brought forward some 1/2 ass blacked out document. He is teh 1st president that has military service to not bring forward his records willfully. Clean your own house first. >>>>>>>>>>>>>Combat? No? No big deal. Where, when? Show some pride or does it mean that little to you? Step up!! Isn't it just like a neo-con to make this about the poster, not the issue..... how new. Check the thread title. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Me? About teh world, more neo-con lies, the world is great, life is great, the US is trash via its current domestic and foreign policies, but of course you would rather talk about me than any issues

Heck if I was able to get an Article 15 for various things, and was lucky enough to have them rescinded, I cannot wait to hear how Lucky served. Heck I was a pretty damned good troop, and even got a couple letters of commendation AFTER I left the service, one from a Brigadier General and one from My Colonel. You and some other guys here only seem to define yourselves over "serving". It's OK to be proud about it, yes - but, if someone else does NOT want to talk about his serving time, where's your problem? Personally, I would not tell anyone here where I worked/actually work. So, what's up with this permanent urge? Are you therefore having sleepless nights, or what? Absolutely ridiculous. dudeist skydiver # 3105

normiss 801 #49 September 12, 2008 Quote I am proud of the year I gave What's so difficult about that? - Now it's even more difficult...to believe you for starters. One year or four??? I've simply NEVER met a Vet that wasn't proud enough of their service to pretty much brag about it. I've never met one ashamed of their service - even those with questionable service, actions, or discharges. It's a simple discussion, that's all. What you are witnessing is a bunch of vets calling out someone whom they believe to be a fake. By not stating which branch he served in he is avoiding more specific questions which could potentially out him as a faker. Why do they think he is a fake? Terminology. My opinion is he is a fake as well.www.FourWheelerHB.com
