Essentially it would be a renewal of the '94 Assault Rifle ban, and the prohibition of new regular capacity mags. However, the national scene is not the same as the state he's from, which is very hostile to gun ownership. He'll make little traction in DC on the subject, and given the challenge of reelection in 2012 (for either candidate if they win), I'd be surprised if he wanted any part of the subject.
