Belgian_Draft 0 #301 December 23, 2008 Quote Quote I'll volunteer some context for the Prof. What would you do if you gave out a difficult and time consuming assignment to be completed over a holiday weekend, and in response one of your students threw a sneaker at you while calling you a S.O.B.? Give the student a failing mark since the assignment was one in ballistics, and by failing to demonstrate a correct solution to the problem and missing the professor...he gets an F Why do I get the feeling that you would choose the "shotgun approach" and throw a whole box of shoes ? HAMMER: Originally employed as a weapon of war, the hammer nowadays is used as a kind of divining rod to locate the most expensive parts adjacent the object we are trying to hit. Ron 10 #304 December 24, 2008 Quote Actually I think a more comlpex (sic) mind can find many more complex answers for simple questions thought up by less complex minds. Anyone find it funny you misspelled complex while trying to insult me? I find it funny as hell. Ron 10 #305 December 24, 2008 Quote And you have been asked questions in response, ones that are actually within the context of this thread. Why should I entertain his questions when he avoids mine? Irony score 10/10 I find it far funnier that you would use a typo to try to make yourself feel better. Amazon 7 #309 December 24, 2008 DUDE.. If I said 1/4 of the things you do around here the way you say it... I would be banned. The rules do not apply equally on DIZZY DOT COM. Hell I got banned once for telling you that you were in need of something that most people find enjoyable. But those whiney PM's do seem to work for you guys. Ron 10 #310 December 25, 2008 Quote DUDE.. If I said 1/4 of the things you do around here the way you say it... I would be banned. Funny, I feel the same way about what you say about others. But the simple fact here is that you felt some need to try and insult me...When in some threads at least we were getting along. So why the need to jump in and throw an insult? You just do not want to even attempt to get along? Edit to add: Merry Christmas. I hope you have a good one."No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers,
Ron 10 #311 December 25, 2008 Quote Picking on obvious typos is a sure sign of losing an argument. And yet you do it all the time. How do you feel about nit picking a comment instead of accepting the intent...You know like you did in the other thread? "The BoR was NOT in the original Constitution as ratified, and that is FACT." So, you are just as guilty of that action, if not more guilty, than anyone else....The irony of you trying to blame me for it is, well amazing. Pot, meet kettle. Edit: Merry Christmas to Dr. Kallend. Bah Humbug to Mr Hyde. Happy Easter, Ron. YOU wrote: "Both are protected in the Constitution. The 2nd was in the original." That is an error of fact, not semantics, and not a typo. This is an internet forum, we can only evaluate what you actually wrote, not what you wished you wrote. If you have PROOF that the Bill of Rights was part of the original Constitution as ratified in June 1788, please post it. Otherwise you just make yourself look foolish by continuing to argue about it.... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.
