?? Uh, no. They are no more "sealed" than anyone else's birth certificate. State law in Hawaii does not allow officials to release the birth certificate of a person to someone outside of the family. They will, however, give a copy to family members. They did so, and it was posted on line. They will also verify that a birth certificate is valid. They have done so. They will also allow people (with permission of the family) to see the original birth certificate. They have done so.
