In order to cause a panic that results in people dying. Do you think he should be prosecuted? Produce evidence to prove he has done anything dangerous.... You can't QuoteI've watched Beck and listened for myself to what he says. EVERYTHING Quade posted is true. Then since he has not been able to produce it... And here again is proof positive you have never really listened to him. Period Right. Because encouraging people to carry guns near the President while also encouraging them to carry signs about watering the tree of liberty isn't inciting a riot. It's a perfectly reasonable thing to do. Yet again, you post the lies of the left wing web sites. NONE of what you just posted is true The only way you know any of what you post is true it if you LISTEN. EVEN IF YOU DONT AGREE WITH HIMYOU and billvon really need to choose different sites to get your opinions I've watched Beck and listened for myself to what he says. EVERYTHING Quade posted is true. He should be taken off of the air and sent to a reeducation camp, allong with everyone from fox the wall street journal, cnn and anyone to the right of air america. I agree with you. I think Glenn Beck is shouting "FIRE!" in a crowded theater. If you were in the theater and it was on fire would you not want someone to tell you that it was on fire? You'd want somebody with a voice of authority directing people to calmly leave the theater in an orderly fashion; not start a panic. Maybe nobody was listening and more direct aproach is needed. CanuckInUSA 0 #133 November 24, 2009 When I first heard Glenn Beck, I thought he was a bit of a loony red neck hick. But since then, I have listened to him and found him to be rather funny. I do not agree with everything he says, but he does bring up many good points. Glenn Beck is an entertainer. How is Glenn Beck any different than some of the other political entertainers like John Stewart and Stephen Colbert? Stewart and Colbert can be very funny, but they are also extremely partisan with their political messages. Outside of their partisanship, there is little difference between Glenn Beck, John Stewart and Stephen Colbert. They say things to draw attention and to primarily boost their ratings. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over

The difference is that both Stewart and Colbert admit they're entertainment. If Glenn Beck is going to do things like start start up Tea Bagging and 9/12 he's trying to be more than simply an entertainer.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
billvon 2,994 #139 November 24, 2009 >Once again Glenn Beck is an entertainer not all that different than >Stewart or Colbert, except that the message is different. Agreed. People who listen to Beck (or Colbert) for factual information are going to be quite misinformed most of the time. They don't make more money by telling the truth, they make money by entertaining people. If Colbert can poke fun at Limbaugh, or if Beck can cry on demand to "prove" how patriotic he is - well, that _does_ make them money.

He tells anybody he will give them an hour to come on his show (or email him and he will read it) and show him to be wrong. I wont hold my breath. I also am positive you get your opinions about him from some pro government left wing web site and you have listened a little, if any to him.
