I keep getting the same message when I try to access that web site. Found it on Drudge this morning. I don't doubt this White House can and will resort to shutting down web sites they don't like. Can't believe I said that, but it's becoming more and more of a concern the more I read about Rahm Emanuel.

Tort reform. Limit malpracice awards. Lowers insurance rates. Looser pays laws, will help to reduce sensless money grubbing law suits

Clear up laws that
1) reduce or eliminate state mandated coverages.
2) open the states borders by making insurance company requirements the same across states borded

This will open the insurance industry up to more compitition and will allow insurance carriers to build custom plans based on what the custormer wants and can afford. (in most states this is currently not available because special interests have gotten states to mandate coverages of some cosmeic or optional procedures)
