Or, just control the money. Centralize all the tax dollars until
member states are dependent on the whim of the central govt
for their existence.

Then, deny the return of the money until they bend to your will.
Stop road construction, education funding, or medical funds until
they comply.

Also, funny attitude to have that abortion is wrong; we need to care for the babies, yet ensuring HC for all is also wrong. Ya kinda find yourself walking in circles.
