IMO, while I really don't like Limbaugh at all, this thread is in bad taste.

So it is.

So was the thread about Ted Kennedy's seizure, but none of the self-righteous indignation was forthcoming then, even from you.

Apparently piling on Kennedy when he was sick was just fine, but Rush L. is sacrosanct.

As long as you have your excuse I guess that is all that may matter to you huh teach.....

I don't believe you'll find a post where I called him a silly name, made fun of his condition or wished him dead. Feel free to correct me.

Didnt say you did. You DID however make excuses for someone else doing it based on the same poor taste bs now didnt you

NO, that is not true. I just pointed out a hypocrite for having a double standard (more than one, in fact).

Feel free to link to a post where I made excuses.

It is in this post dude!!!!!!

There is no excuse from either side. Period, Yes you take the low road to suggest hypocrisy instead of calling this thread what it it. Messed up.

YOU need a mirror to see who and what the hell you really are sir.

YOU are not calling this thread what it is, you are just playing one of your stupid games yet again[:/]

I DID call it messed up. You even quoted me (see above, in red):P:P:P Your problem is selective reading.

It is clearly hypocrisy when an individual criticizes others for doing in this thread exactly what he did in another thread. And I called it.

YOUR double standard is showing too.

>The majority of all politicians, are selfish, self promoting, self
>agrandizing pigs, who have no accountability, when it comes to
>feeding at the public trough.

In my experience, most try to do their jobs to the best of their ability. You don't see them on FOX News or CNN; you only see the worst of the worst on popular media.

It's like almost every other group out there. Ask anyone on the street if they know any skydivers; they'll tell you they know someone who died (or has a friend who knew someone who died.) Going by that, the majority of skydivers are either suicidal or already dead.

> A true servant of the people, lives on what the people he serves,
> allows him to have, not what he can vote for himself, to pocket,
> and live far above the standard of those, he has sworn, usuallly
> falsely, to serve.

Uh, OK. I don't have any problem with politicians making enough to live on. If they want to vote themselves a pay raise to keep up with inflation, fine with me. What matters to me is the job they do. A highly paid politician who can cut government spending, read legislation and make an informed decision, and appoint good people to assist him is going to get my vote every time over someone who is willing to take less pay and do a correspondingly poor job.

You get what you pay for, both in government and private industry.

>The difference between Rush and a politcian, is, at the end of the
>day, many people and businesses have profitted from using Rush,
>as a promotional tool.

And Rush has made sure that his hand is in the till on all of those deals.

Many people and businesses have profited from using politicians to advance their company/agenda/policy as well. Case in point - Boeing. They wanted the tanker program, and they screamed long and loud until they got it. That may be a good thing or a bad thing, but it's definitely helping people profit.

> Politicians only show a profit, for themselves, while robbing those,
> they are sworn to serve.

The representatives from Washington showed a pretty good profit for Boeing - who, of course, they have sworn to serve, as they have everyone else in Washington.

Yeah, contracts suck, don't they?

On the upside, Fed.gov has decided to pay the Fannie/Freddie CEO's several million dollars - this, after removing the funds cap for them, AND capping salaries of OTHER bailout recipients.

T-T-T-T-TROLL..............
buh bye........

Bye bye, now go worship Lush, unfortunately he will be alive and well to spread his hatred around.

Rush hardly has a monopoly on hating. But he does it for market share and a paycheck. What's your excuse?

And calling me a schoolgirl isn't:

- A PA

- Designed to rile me up?

See what I mean. Run to mommy when someone says anything remotely close to a PA. If you can't suck it up then don't start threads like this.

Quote

Again, how do you draw the conclusion that this thread designed to piss anyone off?

The thread title and OP.

Quote

It really wasn't, I just like to celebrate a vile individual's downfall.

Then you're no better than Rush. Hyopcricy... surprise, surprise.

Quote

I could do better than that if I wanted to rile up you and the lockstepped RW.

No, you couldn't. It takes a lot to get me riled up and trolling, hypocritical threads just don't do it.

If you think I'll take a direcctive from you then you have been listening to pseudo-gods like Lush.

Never heard his show. Not surprised you take offense at someone saying you should grow up, though.

Quote

Like Amazon said, Lush is the biggest violator of making fun of people via names, like "Feminazi" etc, so your agenda is clear.

Rush makes fun of people so my agenda is clear? You makey no sensey.

Now quit PAing.

Quit whining.

Funny, that, coming from someone who whines about union contracts (Sept 16, 2008 post).

Besides misrepresenting my words, you mean? Especially since it turned out that the job WASN'T union.

Maybe you should have scrolled down further, to post 48 in the thread, where I said:

"If you don't want guaranteed bonuses for CEO's, then lobby to make bonuses tied to performance - I honestly expect to see more of that in the future."

No, because I don't listen to him since I think using stupid names is a childish action.

You are not stupid.... If you would just stop the BS stuff like this you might be really fun to talk to.
