Rest assured Darius i found it hysterical. I used to travel to Texas between every other week and every third week and found Texas pride to be amusing. You could make ANY statement...i mean ANYTHING...and someone would somehow find a way to make it about Texas and top it.

I have yet to set foot in Texas (I understand everything is bigger there, including the egos). But I have lived in 5 major metropolitan areas of North America as an adult and I have yet to live in an area that did not think they were the cat's meow, that thought they were the best place on this planet. It's funny how all these cities/metropolitan areas think they are the best and every other place sucks. It kind of reminds me of all those drivers out there, you know the one's who think they are superior drivers while they say everyone else is a moron. LOL

I know of the 5 areas I have lived as an adult I do have a favorite. But there is so much more of the world I have yet to experience. So I will refrain from the nonsense of calling one place "the best in the world".

PS: I will have to wait until this evening before I can watch this YouTube video. YouTube is blocked here on this box I am using right now.

I've always found that commercial really funny!

There are a lot of us that are proud of Texas' history, where the state stands now and the future outlook; however, its easy to find "that guy" as well. The best place to find "that guy" is at a festival like Chilifest.
