What do you do for a living?

Recommended Posts

I work as a licensed therapist in a junior high. I've been a farm worker, timber faller, plumber's apprentice, teacher, construction worker, and fire fighter. I think in law enforcement, they call people like that jugglers...

As of Thursday, this guy is my job.

At least until I decide to quit burning up sick, vacation and holiday time and go back to my "real" job.

Very cute - congratulations.

>Care to expand on "stuff"?

Mostly electronic stuff. Some stuff includes:

Power supplies (for solar, portable, down-hole and aviation applications)
Cell phones
Satellite phones
Battery chargers
Airborne satellite data systems
Airborne control and communications systems (for skydiving!)
Digital and analog system testers
One handed keyboards for "free" data entry
Light dimmers for theaters
Fluorescent light dimmers
Solid state lighting ballasts
Electric vehicle chargers
Wireless power transfer systems
Battery management/balancing systems

Also light electric vehicles, brewing systems (pumping/temp control) and solar power systems, but those are hobbies (i.e. no one's ever paid me for them.)

I appraise airplanes, the ones we generally don't jump out of.
Sounded like an easy job at first, but its nothing but mountains of paperwork followed by file drawers full of records that have to be researched and analyzed.
You live more in the few minutes of skydiving than many people live in their lifetime

Cute! This is mine. I took nearly a month off from the dz and my business when he was born in October. Today he is really sick. We had to take him to the doctor.

I make blunt wraps for a living. Well they're artificial cigar wraps used by swisher and other cigar companies who don't use real leaves as a wrapper for cigars. But we also make the roll your own cigar wraps aka blunt wraps. I actually like my job mainly because I make good money doing an easy job.

And no I have not used said blunt wraps with a certain illegal substance. :)

Help make gas and elec. go to San Diego right now. Fuckin engineeres are a bunch of morons. Fix my turbo chargers assholes. [:/]>:(
