Kibbe from Sacramento is a serial killer and former skydiver and rigger. He got caught because he was using rigger's knots to strangle his victims.

And he's back in the news again. This time charged in a cold case from 1977 in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

I wonder if there are any "old timers" around that might remember this guy. Or was his skydiver status just a bogus ploy in trying to lure victims?
