Incest between adults only really matters when it comes to the whole genetics thing. They've dealt with that, although obviously she'll probably never see her child/great grandchild as an adult. They show an incredible lack of judgment by making their private life public , and their child will have to deal with that.

But as a relationship between adults? Well, it's between adults. The child part is the only part that bothers me.
