Do you think Jeffery Dahmer and Timothy McVeigh should have all the rights you have? Did you really oppose McVeigh's execution and argue for his release?

Thank you!

>Yes, I do think Dahmer and McVeigh should have the same rights as I do.

So you believe McVeigh has the basic right to life guaranteed all Americans? Again, were you one of the people who argued against his execution? Or even imprisonment? (After all, imprisonment removes his right to pursue happiness.)

I kind of figured that we would play the 'answer a question with a question two-step' again. You're getting predictable in your old age ;)

Sorry, my bad; I'll just state it instead of asking the question.

You believe that convicted criminals have the same rights as anyone else. I guess we will agree to differ there.

Bill didn't state or imply that (assuming I'm interpreting your garbled grammar correctly).

I'm a bit confused by your responce to this one Bill. Yes, I do think Dahmer and McVeigh should have the same rights as I do. I'm surprised if you don't feel the same.

I'm not surprised.
Some people would deny civil rights to some American citizens if the citizen doesn't fit their particular vision of what a "citizen" [i/]should be. Some people are proud of their participation in that school of thought. Thank God there's enough of us left that are not.

Sorry Bill, I'll not respond to your execution/release misdirection BS.
My reality and yours are quite different.

>you mean why should they give up their seats to someone that is
>illegal to be there.

Correct. And that dad with his son, wanting to play Little League, are both illegal - because they have exceeded the legal limit of people in the park.

How do we fix that problem? Kids want to play Little League. Dads want to watch. Sure, we could build a bigger fence to keep them out of the park. A better solution might be to build the bigger fence AND find a way to let them in to play Little League, so they can use the park along with the lazy bums who did nothing other than be born there.

tell them to play in their country, if their country doesn't have a baseball field they can petition their government to build one. Why should my hard work to pay taxes go to those that did not even have the right to the results of my hard work.

I am sure your forefathers worked a lot harder than you ever did. I haven't found a man yet that hasn't been told that by dad, gandpa etc.

So now it has some to the place where family successes are equated to government nanny state hand outs?

If that what was really meant then I think you understate the problem with this thought process[:/]

The US is a nanny state?

The issue remains that not all illegals are freeloaders.

Not all illegals are brown skinned.

All groups think that those who come after them are not as good.

The US has an immigration problem, yet talking about freeloaders and generalizing about them is not how a problem gets solved.

Yes, and I'm one of them. Violent felons should lose their rights to own guns, even if they were born here. Rapists and murderers should be in jail, even if they are US citizens. They lose their rights - no matter how much you want them to keep them.

So it's OK to deny rights to a group as long as they are not "significant" in your sight. OK, nice to know how you feel.

They are not citizens, therefore they have no rights in reguards to being in the US.
