We don't use those terms usually (in NZ) and we determine ones ethnicity by where they were born.

When discussing these type of subjects I have to use a term that in non offensive (as far as i am concerned).

Black refers purly to skin colour and is quite offensive indeed in my country. You will get blood boiling if you use the term and not only those with dark pigmentation will be offended if you use it.

It is very shallow to refer to someone by the colour of thier skin and it is possible for people to have pale skin while being negroid and have dark skin being caucasian. Mongoloids can be quite white and quite dark.

Not all negroids are black so ther term is non specific.

until high school graduation rates are on par, not a chance. Other things (college rates, criminal rates) have to improve as well, but basic education is the first step.

Fact is Cosby wrote a book (and another professor did whose name I cant remember right now but I have his book) where he spoke to the victim mentality of the black community. He explained how he thinks the black community uses these thought process as a excuse to explain situations they are in and why those situations do not change. They (the black community) use this mentality as a crutch to excuse them from doing anything about it themselves. So, they (the black community) stay in the same situation because they (like you) think they are owed something and sit on their asses waiting for the gov to fork it over. (This seems to be the same thoughts YOU have hence the lazy comment) For his (Cosby)thoughts on this he was attacked and vilified by those same communities you try and make us feel sorry for.
