He would be indeed - if there were an alternative. Unfortunately, there isn't.

Hence the rise of alternative parties, like Independents and the Tea Party. A lot of people want something different from the usual Dems and Repubs. We may be seeing the beginning of a sea change in American politics, where two parties will no longer be the rule.

Or, both parties are brought back to what they once stood for

That would be okay too. If that's all that comes out of the Tea Party movement, then it's still a good thing. But the politics-as-usual folks are on notice that the public is no longer going to accept that. They need to straighten out, or we're going to do something else. The public has reached a tipping point on this matter.

Interesting message. Sounds veyr similar to the message Obama used to get elected. Why are you so convinced that with these politicians it will be different?
