O'Donnel future

Backers are doing that. Quietly backing away.
She violates two rules of politics. Never say anything that you don't want repeated. Never volunteer information.
Adding to this, she seems to say dumb stuff that teenagers should know.
So, where does the next door open?
Not business or politics. I have to go with a 12 month countdown to a playboy offer.

12 month countdown to a playboy offer

I can just see it now:

I'm going to have to look back at my prediction of Palin's career post election. I thought she was done. I thought to myself "how the hell could she possibly have any supporters and how could she possibly have a career in politics after being responsible for losing the election for McCain?" I thought for certain she'd pick up a talking head slot on FoxNews, but otherwise be completely irrelevant when it came to being an actual influence.

Ok. I was wrong.

She's still an idiot and not taken seriously by any of the adults in the Republican party, but surprisingly, she found a home with a certain faction of extremists; the Tea Party.

O'Donnell has repeatedly proven she's willing to say -anything- to get media attention as demonstrated again and again on the Bill Maher clips and her continous string of insanity she's spoken on the campaign trail.

My current prediction is O'Donnell will, like Palin before her, end up with a talking head slot on Fox News and join Palin on the Tea Party distraction toward the 2012 election. They're idiots, but they're able to get people to come to events and fund raisers.

When she gets nervous, she blurts stuff out, so no political commentator job. Maybe a blog with ghost-writers.
Playboy does the college theme stuff ala Girls of the Ivy League.
"politically incorrect women" ? I need suggestions.

Did you watch the video where she asked Coons where in the constitution does it say separation of church and state and she starts giggling to herself along with the crowd as if she just owned him. When in actuality the crowd is roaring in laughter in her ignorance and shes got her little giggle going.

Palin is a better politician though. She speaks to her audience and was once gov.
Even with speech writers, CO can't make public appearances. The press will destroy her with a question.
Sometimes nobody cares. Remember the Hillary campaign? A lie per week, past embarrassing. Hillary had unshakeable support from womens groups though.
"Sniper fire..."
CO does not have the dedicated core group.
Palin may be onto something with the mom group. Imagine redirecting the Cure fundraiser people from fighting disease to a campaign for a woman pres. ;)

I predict a Palin/O'Donnel ticket in 2012. O'Donnel will be blamed for Palin losing the election. O'Donnel will then embark on a speaking tour, making millions, all the while promoting her book deal. She will become the darling of the next fringe group of lunatics. Politics as usual.

Something like this would _never_ happen!

Who will write the book?

A guest appearance on "Fringe"?
I think she would fit right in.B|

In other countries, they do the news in the buff. Maybe she could be a "celebrity news" correspondent on E!
Giggling would be ok then.

Alvin Greene ;)

The difference being, few Democrats take Greene seriously, hold him up as an example of Democratic brilliance or expect him to win. Do you see the Democrats pushing Greene in front of cameras or asking him to appear at fundraisers?

Greene is a fluke.

O'Donnell is an idiot and one being supported and actively promoted by the Tea Party and Republicans. They do hold her up as an example of their cause. They do expect her to win.

When people support nutcases being in charge, nobody wins.

I kind of do, too.

But they do. Over and over again. That's why I expect it.

Bullshit. Greene is being supported by the NAACP. I'd say that means he's being taken pretty seriously. The NAACP pushed him out in front of cameras in the speech they allowed him to make. The NAACP expects him to win.

Pathetic how you attempt to dismiss him when he is supported by a major Democratic force.

I can't tell if you're serious of giving us satire.

Either way, just because the NAACP tosses some support for the first African-American candidate for Senate from either party in SOUTH CAROLINA doesn't mean they actually expect him to win. That's simply ludicrous. Their support is driven by history, not expectations.
